Yes. Every part is professionally tested before it is listed, and listings include photos of the actual item and its test results where available.

Are they new or used?

Our parts are used unless the listing says otherwise. Each one is tested and sold in working condition. Items marked "FOR PARTS ONLY" are the exception - those are sold as-is for parts or repair.

How quickly do you ship?

Orders ship within 24 hours via USPS or UPS, and your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the label is created. Free local pickup is also available in New Albany, Ohio, 8 AM-10 PM every day.

What can I expect after placing an order?

You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after payment. Once your order ships, we'll email your tracking number. Most orders arrive within 2-3 business days.

What if a part arrives defective?
