Each part gets installed and run before it goes up: graphics cards under load, memory checked for errors, drives checked for health.
You see the actual part
The photos are of the item you’ll receive, not a stock render. Condition notes say what we found, cosmetic wear included.
Ships within 24 hours
We pack and ship from New Albany, Ohio, by USPS or UPS. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is made.

Anything that fails is either fixed or labeled as broken and priced that way. It does not quietly become a normal listing at a small discount.
Within 24 hours, by USPS or UPS, from New Albany, Ohio, just outside Columbus. Tracking is emailed the moment the label is made. Local pickup is free if you would rather come get it.
Email us and we will replace it if we have another, or refund you in full including the shipping. No test catches everything, so that risk is ours, not yours. You have 30 days.
Used, mostly out of complete desktops we bought locally and parted out ourselves. Open-box items are labeled as such. Either way the photos are of the exact unit you get and the condition is written out before you buy.
